(she/her)
My strong sense of justice and passion for employment law come together at Sarah Robb Law. I started Sarah Robb Law on the simple premise that fairness in employment matters. I stand up for employees’ rights and help employers navigate new and complex employment issues to foster diversity, equality, and inclusion at work. With recent changes in the law, there has never been a better time to stand up for equality in Virginia’s workplaces. I believe in fairness and equality, and I am not afraid to speak up for what’s right.
If you have an employment matter, reach out to see if we are a good fit. I want to hear your story so we can work together to craft a thoughtful legal strategy tailored to your goals. We may or may not decide to file a lawsuit. But if a matter becomes a legal claim, I’m ready. I have tried or negotiated the settlement of hundreds of cases in state and federal courts. I have also won numerous big employment cases for my clients and want to help you.
Since 2008, I have been handling legal matters for clients across Virginia. After graduating from the University of Richmond Law School, I became an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, prosecuting criminal matters on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2011, I moved to the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, where I advocated for victims of sexually violent predators, protected the rights of animals in the Animal Law Unit, and developed my skills as an employment lawyer, with the help of some incredible mentors.
I’m committed to our community. I was recognized as Top 40 Under 40 by Style Weekly and have served on the Richmond SPCA Board of Directors, where I was honored to receive the Johnny Birkitt Hero Award. I serve on my daughters’ school parent board and as a lector at church. When I’m not working, I am with my husband, our three daughters, and our three dogs. I love spending time with family and friends, trying out new recipes, crocheting and working out.
